Agustina Cardozo

Hi!
I'm from Uruguay. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in English/Spanish Sworn Translation and currently pursue a degree in Linguistics.

I've been an avid reader since a very young age, my passion for reading and learning has been with me since I was a child and my parents read me stories to get me to sleep. My curiosity has been guiding me since then, and now I find myself trying to learn something new every day.

What I love the most about being a Translator and the reason I became one is that I believe knowledge must be spread, and communication between people around the world should always be encouraged. We are not so different from each other and I believe in a world in which we can coexist peacefully, keeping our unique and precious cultural heritage but also kind-heartedly embracing our differences. If with a sole translation I can bring two people a little bit closer, and let one another know a little bit more about what's out there and how other people have lived, then I would feel lucky and grateful I chose to be a Translator.
