Samurai on Horseback
Samurai armour was very distinctive, and its design and decoration indicated its wearer's rank and status, as well as their family and region. This 16th-century CE print shows a samurai on horseback. From the llustrated Story of Night Attack on Yoshitsune's Residence At Horikawa.
