Biography
My name is Rogério Cardoso. I was born in a city called Manaus, located in Northern Brazil, at whose local university I earned a degree in Portuguese Letters. Years later, I moved to São Paulo in order to earn a master degree in Portuguese Philology, which deals with the development of the Portuguese language and its Romance origins, and a doctor degree in Linguistic Historiography, focusing on the History of Western Grammar. Then, I moved back to my home city. In my free time, I enjoy reading and translating texts on such matters.
