Biography

Born in Rojas, Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am an English Teacher and a Literary and Technical-Scientific Translator into English. From a very young age, I was interested in learning English, especially in studying its grammar: one of my greatest passions. In 2015, I decided to pursue a teaching degree. In 2018, I earned my degree as an English Teacher for Higher Education with a GPA of 8.74. As a prerequisite for graduation, I wrote a paper on the importance of studying grammar in context. In 2021, I began helping several college students with their translations. That’s when I realized just how incredibly challenging it was to spend hours analyzing a text in order to translate it. In 2022, I decided to begin the Master’s in Literary and Technical-Scientific Translation in English: a program that reaffirmed my passion for English and reignited my interest in Spanish, which I had set aside during the thirteen years I spent learning English. In 2025, as a prerequisite to graduating as a translator, I translated 20,000 words from an anti-racist nonfiction work that reignited my passion for history. Finally, in 2026, I completed my residency at World History Encyclopedia to help improve history education worldwide, and after translating 10,319 words, I earned my translator’s degree.
I currently work as an English teacher at the secondary and college levels, and I teach the course “Intercultural Studies in English,” serving as a cultural mediator and fostering empathy to help prevent potential prejudices or stereotypes toward the unknown or the different.

Nacida en Rojas, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Profesora y Traductora Literaria y Técnica Científica en Inglés. Desde muy pequeña, me interesé en el aprendizaje del idioma, especialmente en el estudio de la gramática: una de mis grandes pasiones. En 2015, decidí hacer el profesorado. En 2018, obtuve el título de Profesora de Inglés para Educación Superior con un promedio de 8.74 que me concedió el honor de llevar la bandera y representar al Instituto de Formación Docente N° 129 que me otorgó el título. Como paso previo a obtener el título, escribí un paper sobre la importancia de estudiar gramática en contexto. En 2021, comencé a ayudar a varios alumnos que estudiaban carreras universitarias a traducir. Fue allí cuando me di cuenta lo increíblemente desafiante que era pasar horas analizando un texto para lograr traducirlo. En 2022, decidí comenzar el Traductorado Literario y Técnico Científico en Inglés: una carrera que reafirmó mi pasión por el inglés y reactivó mi interés por el español, al cual había dejado de lado durante los trece años de aprendizaje del inglés. En 2025, como paso previo a recibirme de traductora, traduje 20.000 palabras extraídas de una obra de no ficción antirracista que hizo que reviviera mi pasión por la historia. Finalmente, en 2026 realicé mi residencia en World History Encyclopedia a fin de contribuir a mejorar la enseñanza de la historia en todo el mundo y, posterior a traducir 10.319 palabras para esta agencia, obtuve mi título de traductora.
Actualmente, me desempeño como Profesora de Inglés en nivel secundario y terciario, y dicto la materia Estudios Interculturales en Inglés, actuando como mediadora cultural y fomentando la empatía a fin de evitar posibles prejuicios o estereotipos hacia lo desconocido o lo diferente.
