Hostilian (Artistic Facial Reconstruction) — View Full-Size Image

Hostilian was the younger son of Decius (r. 249-251 CE) who became the co-emperor of Trebonianus Gallus in 251 CE. He died of plague a few months after becoming emperor.

Pictured alongside the reconstruction is the bust of Hostilian from the Vatican Museums.
