Biography

I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in Art History. My academic interests are shaped around history, art, political theories, urban planning, aesthetics, and the Islamic intellectual tradition. My deep interest in Anatolia's rich cultural heritage and Islamic civilization serves as fundamental elements that nourish both my academic orientation and intellectual production.
I have particularly focused on historical events, artistic structures, and social dynamics belonging to the Seljuk and Ottoman periods. My studies concentrate on developing projects that aim to carry the aesthetic and moral heritage of the past into today's world.
I am 25 years old and reside in Ankara. I also maintain a Medium account under the handle TheRummerg, where I publish my writings in English, exploring various aspects of art history, cultural heritage, and Islamic thought.
