Biography

I’ve always been drawn to history because I love understanding how the past shaped the world we live in today. I also like history because of the mystery it holds. I also love to work out; it helps me to stay focused, clear my mind, and feel strong both physically and mentally. For me both history and fitness are about discipline and growth.
