Biography

Benjamin T. Laie Benjamin holds a PhD degree concentrating in the Hebrew Bible from the Claremont School of Theology. Professor of Biblical Studies at Rochester University; Sierra States University and Adjunct Professor in Hebrew Bible at Ezra University. Benjamin served as an Adjunct Professor of Old Testament at the Bethesda University. He was also a Teaching Assistant at the Claremont School of Theology in the Hebrew Bible and Context courses for world renowned Hebrew Bible scholars: Marvin A. Sweeney and Jon L. Berquist. Benjamin has published articles in the Encyclopedia of the Bible and its Reception on some geographial places in Israel; and an article for Walter De Gruyter in Berlin, Germany on the Book of Nahum. The Hebrew Bible and the ancient Near East has always been his passion, specifically on Israel and Mesopotamia.
