Biography
My interest in history began in August 2012 when I first read "The Greatest Knight: The Unsung Story of the Queen's Champion" by Elizabeth Chadwick. Twelve years later, I graduated from Cornell University with a double degree in History (Cum Laude) and English, including minors in Classics, Medieval Studies, Near Eastern Studies, and Global Asian Studies.
Since graduating from university, I have maintained my interest in history by reading extensively and writing somewhat less extensively. Although I enjoy learning about global topics in general, I tend to gravitate towards Angevin England, Viking Age Northern Europe, the Umayyad and Abbasid Caliphates, Yuan Dynasty China, the Early Roman Empire, and Classical Antiquity across Hellenistic and Pre-Hellenistic regions and timeframes.
Whether it be with pen or prose, my hands are rarely idle.
