Kelly Palmer

Biography

Kelly Palmer received her PhD in modern European history from Michigan State University and is currently an Assistant Professor of History at the University of Tampa. She is an historian of France, World War II and the Holocaust. She is currently working on studying rescue and relief efforts made by humanitarian organizations during World War II. She also teaches a variety of classes related to European history and loves working with students.
