Server Costs Fundraiser 2023

Running a website with millions of readers every month is expensive. Not only do we pay for our servers, but also for related services such as our content delivery network, Google Workspace, email, and much more. We would much rather spend this money on producing more free history content for the world. Thank you for your help!

Located some 122 km (76 mi) from Yerevan, Armenia is the Noravank Monastery, which was founded in 1205 CE. It was once the residence of the Orbelian princes whose stronghold consisted of the entire Syunik region. To the right, one sees the Surb Astvatsatsin Church, which was completed in 1339 CE, and to the left, one sees the Surb Karapet Church, which was completed in 1227 CE.
