This image gallery showcases several digital reconstructions of medieval castles, keeps and fortifications built throughout the Middle Ages. Castles were a monument to the power of medieval rulers, and though many have fallen into disrepair, we can catch a glimpse of what they would have looked like in their prime through digital restoration.
