Patricia Fuentes Ortega

Biography

Born in Murcia, Spain. I studied Translation and Interpreting in the University of Murcia, and later on decided to delve deeper into my passion for words and communication by pursuing a Master’s Degree in Editorial Translation.
During my studies, I focused on the transmission of emotions in translation, starting with my undergraduate thesis on musical translation and developing this interest further in my master’s dissertation, which explored works with a strong emotional impact. This experience shaped my approach to translation as a blend of precision and sensitivity.
I aim to continue creating worlds through words, contributing to the sharing of knowledge and culture across the globe.
