I'm a retired teacher. I graduated from the Faculty of Orthodox Theology, from the University of Bucharest. I am passionate about learning, even at this age. I want to understand the historical context in which the Bible was written. That is why it is important for me to understand the history of the peoples of the Middle East, the myths of these peoples with whom the Israelites interacted, the convergences and distinctions.
Why is it important to understand the Bible and Christianity in general, in its historical evolution, because the European society in which I live has a Christian axiological underground. And knowing the past can help us understand, or at least glimpse , the future ...
