Khanom Farang Kudichin or 'Foreigner Cake' - a Portuguese cake introduced to Thailand. This cake is from the Thanusingha Bakery House in Kudeejeen (Bangkok) where five generations of the same family bake Foreigner Cake following a traditional Portuguese recipe that is hundreds of years old.
