## Image Caption

Due to its architectural characteristics and its reduced size, it is almost certain that this building's use was ceremonial, especially since all that could be done in its interior was to place offerings. "Small house" (or "Chichan Nah" in Mayan) like the "Little Hands" structure, has a small [temple](https://www.worldhistory.org/temple/) in its interior, but in this case, the structure pertains to only one construction phase: the Post Classic Period (c. 1200-1650 CE). It is located at the San Gervasio archaeological site, which is located on the Mexican island of Cozumel.
