Gold.

The weights range from 1,6 to 3,7 gr. d=13-18/19 mm.

Obverse: Non-naturalistic head, right.

Reverse: Bull-headed, or ram-headed schematic Nike, facing.

Mint: Unknown.
Nominal: Gold. 1,6 gr.-3,7 gr.
Date: 1st c. BCE-1st c. CE.

When there was no central authority in Colchis, the local lords used to strike the coins according to some popular patterns (like the staters of Alexander) in ciculation never being particularly scrupulous about the general quality of the images and usually distorting the inscriptions.
