## Image Caption

The Grotto of Pryyma, a grotto consisting of several layers of limestone sandstone with different carburizing characteristics. It is the oldest settlement in cave conditions in the territory of Ukraine at the age of 45,000 years. In 2004 CE, the remains of [Neanderthals](https://www.worldhistory.org/Neanderthal/) were found in the grotto. According to [archaeology](https://www.worldhistory.org/Archaeology/), the settlement was used up to the Age of the Eneolithic. The grotto is located near the [city](https://www.worldhistory.org/city/) of Nikolaev, Lviv region, Ukraine.
