Grandson of [Seneca](https://www.worldhistory.org/Seneca/) the Elder and nephew of Seneca the Younger, was a Roman statesman and Latin poet. The [sculpture](https://www.worldhistory.org/disambiguation/Sculpture/) can be found in his birthplace, Corduba (modern day Córdoba, Spain).
