Pancha Ratha or five chariots is a group of monuments bearing the signs of the architectural supremacy during the ruling of Pallava Dynasty in Mahabaipuram, [India](https://www.worldhistory.org/india/). The creation of Pancha Ratha started during the reign of Pallava King Mahendravarman I (600 CE – 630 CE) and was completed by his son King Narasimhavarman I (630 CE – 680 CE).
