The Greater [Propylaea](https://www.worldhistory.org/Propylaea/) at the Sanctuary of [Eleusis](https://www.worldhistory.org/Eleusis/) ([Greece](https://www.worldhistory.org/greece/)) was a monumental gate probably built by [Marcus Aurelius](https://www.worldhistory.org/Marcus_Aurelius/) on the same site as an earlier gate from the time of Kimon, c. 170 CE - c. 180 CE.
