## Image Caption

A photograph of Gavrilo Princip (1894-1918) taken after his arrest for the murder of Archduke Franz Ferdinand (1863-1914), heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne, and his wife on 28 June 1914. Princip was a member of the Black Hand organisation which pushed for a Greater Serbia.
