A Civil [War](https://www.worldhistory.org/disambiguation/War/)-era political cartoon depicting [Andrew Jackson](https://www.worldhistory.org/Andrew_Jackson/) (aka the Union) triumphing over [John C. Calhoun](https://www.worldhistory.org/John_C._Calhoun/) (aka states' rights proponents) during the Nullification Crisis. The cartoon was meant as a critique of presidential candidate George B.
