The Su Nuraxi di Barumini is one of the best-preserved constructions remaining from the Nuragic [civilization](https://www.worldhistory.org/civilization/), with remains of both the nuraghe tower and the surrounding village. It is located in the Barumini region, Sardinia, [Italy](https://www.worldhistory.org/italy/), and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Constructed and in use between c. 2nd millennium BCE and 3rd century CE.
