[Paul](https://www.worldhistory.org/disambiguation/Paul/)'s third missionary journey focused on revisiting and strengthening the churches he had established in [Asia Minor](https://www.worldhistory.org/Asia_Minor/) and [Greece](https://www.worldhistory.org/greece/). He particularly spent significant time in [Ephesus](https://www.worldhistory.org/ephesos/), where he taught extensively, performed miracles, and encountered both success and opposition before returning to [Jerusalem](https://www.worldhistory.org/jerusalem/).
