Château de la Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Loiret, France. First built in the 16th century, it was confiscated during the [French Revolution](https://www.worldhistory.org/French_Revolution/). François-Victor Masséna, son of André Masséna (1758-1817, Marshal of the [Empire](https://www.worldhistory.org/empire/) under [Napoleon Bonaparte](https://www.worldhistory.org/Napoleon_Bonaparte/)), bought the château in 1827. It is now the property of Jacques Guyot.
