A newspaper clipping from the *Boston Gazette* reporting on the funeral of four of the victims of the [Boston Massacre](https://www.worldhistory.org/Boston_Massacre/), represented by an image of four coffins, each bearing the initials of a victim. These names from left to right include: [Samuel](https://www.worldhistory.org/samuel/) Gray, Samuel Maverick, James Caldwell, and [Crispus Attucks](https://www.worldhistory.org/Crispus_Attucks/). A fifth victim, Patrick Carr, would die of his wounds shortly thereafter.

The funeral for the four men was held on 8 March 1770, and the newspaper clipping is from 12 March 1770.
