## Image Caption

This granite menhir, located near the Castle of the Rock Goyon (Fort la Latte) in northern Brittany, France, and measuring 2.64 meters, has a very fine obelisk shape. It was broken in two by the film crew of *The [Vikings](https://www.worldhistory.org/Vikings/)* in 1957, and the trace of its restoration is still visible today. It is known by many names including "Tooth of Gargantua" or "Finger of Gargantua" following a legend that claims that the [Giant](https://www.worldhistory.org/Giants/) would have lost a tooth (or a finger) while fighting korrigans.
