A photorealistic reconstruction of what the Roman emperor Saloninus (r. 258-260 CE) may have looked like. Based on contemporary and near contemporary descriptions, as well as de-aged portraits of his father, Gallienus (r. 253-268 CE) Pictured alongside the reconstruction is a coin portrait of Saloninus as well as three de-aged portraits of Gallienus. Made using Photoshop and Artbreeder, a neural net tool.
